Concentrix Italy is seeking an Expert Sales Manager with experience in BPO and tech to drive sales and revenue growth across CX. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and execution of innovative sales strategies to meet business objectives.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work setup and travel to meet clients across Italy. You will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to exceed targets.

Competenze

• Proven track record in sales management within BPO or Tech area.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced English speaking and writing level (minimum B2+).
• Minimum of 5 years in BPO or Tech; at least 3 years in sales, incl. technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• BPO experience will be considered positively.
