Concentrix Italy is seeking an Expert Sales Manager with deep experience in the BPO market to drive CX and Tech revenue growth across Italy. The role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and execution of innovative sales strategies to exceed targets.

You will develop sales strategies, manage key client relationships, analyze market trends, present tailored solutions, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of experience in the BPO or Tech sector.
At least 3 years in sales, with experience as a Sales Consultant in the Technology sector.
BPO experience will be considered positively.
