Concentrix Italy is seeking an Expert Sales Manager with experience in the BPO market to drive revenue growth across CX and Tech. The role demands strategic planning, leadership, and execution of innovative sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Key duties include developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, analyzing market trends, and delivering compelling client presentations. A hybrid work setup with required travel across Italy is offered.
Competenze
- Demonstrated track record in sales management within BPO or Tech sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in data trend analysis to guide decisions.
- Experience with CRM platforms and MS Office applications.
- Advanced English speaking and writing (minimum B2+).
