Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales management, preferably in fx or cross-border financial services.
• Experience in the financial services sector; a professional network is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team of fx sales professionals, setting high standards and inspiring performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and techniques based on client feedback and market knowledge.
• Pitch and close deals with prospective clients through phone and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage customer relationships for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and implement regional sales programs, training plans, and action plans.
• Ensure adherence to company‑wide sales methodology and administrative processes.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
