Adepa Global Services in Milano is seeking an Accounting Application Support Officer focused on the Multifonds platform. You will assist with the functional setup of the fund accounting platform, support data extraction requests, and help maintain documentation.

The role requires a solid grasp of fund accounting processes and the ability to work confidently with databases. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other fund accounting tools is a plus.

Competenze

• University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of investment funds and main financial products.
• Proven experience with UCITS accounting.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform.
• Handle and track user requests, incidents, and data queries.
• Perform basic checks on accounting data and resolve mismatches.
• Support routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Data extraction from informational databases.
