Adepa Global Services is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive commercial development in Italy, covering local and cross-border opportunities. The role blends pre-sales support, direct sales assistance, and commercial back-office tasks in a fast-paced, international setting.

The ideal candidate will have client-facing experience in financial services, solid market knowledge, and strong communication skills, with Italy and European market exposure.

Competenze

• Master's degree in finance, economics, or related discipline.
• Proven sales or client relationship management experience in a financial institution.
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and European fund industry.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support identification and qualification of new business opportunities in Italy.
• Assist in client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
• Help manage the sales pipeline and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and follow-ups; support commercial documentation.
