Adepa, a global provider of investment fund and asset management services, is seeking an Accounting Application Support Officer specialized in Multifonds to join its IT team in Italy.

You will assist in the functional setup of the fund accounting platform, support the accounting team, and manage data extraction requests from SQL databases while maintaining thorough documentation and knowledge sharing.

Competenze

• University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products.
• Proven experience on UCITS accounting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Macros…).
• Experience on data manipulation and SQL data extraction.
• Knowledge in Multifonds; Power BI is a plus.
• Optional: Knowledge in E-front or other fund accounting platforms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-organized, client-focused and intercultural.

Accounting Application Support (Multifonds) Officer

Main responsibilities:

As part of the IT Team, the Multifonds(*) Accounting Application Support Officer will assist on the functional setup of the fund accounting platform and will provide support to the fund accounting team. He/she will also manage “out-of-platform” requests for data extraction and general reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and the ability to work confidently with databases.

(*) Multifonds is a top‑tier platform for management of UCIT funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform.
• Handle and track user request, incidents, and data‑related queries.
• Perform basic checks on accounting data / mismatches.

Qualifications and experience:

• University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
• Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products
• Proven experience on UCITS accounting
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
• Good knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Macros…)
• Experience on data manipulation. Ability to extract data from SQL databases.
• Knowledge in Multifonds.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
