Adepa, a global provider of investment fund and asset management services, is seeking an Accounting Application Support Officer specialized in Multifonds to join its IT team in Italy.

You will assist in the functional setup of the fund accounting platform, support the accounting team, and manage data extraction requests from SQL databases while maintaining thorough documentation and knowledge sharing.

Competenze

• University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products.
• Proven experience on UCITS accounting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Macros…).
• Experience on data manipulation and SQL data extraction.
• Knowledge in Multifonds; Power BI is a plus.
• Optional: Knowledge in E-front or other fund accounting platforms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-organized, client-focused and intercultural.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform.
• Handle and track user requests, incidents, and data-related queries.
• Perform basic checks on accounting data / mismatches.
• Support routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requests and resolutions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Data extraction from informational databases.
