Target is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of hourly team members, coach staff, and coordinate workload planning to meet delivery and service standards.

You will build a guest-centric culture, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced store

Mansioni

• Deliver guest experience commitments in an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly way
• Train and coach team members to meet Target's guest experience commitments
• Lead and develop hourly team members, including interviewing and performance management
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve sales goals
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed and stock is managed
• Collaborate with direct leader to set goals around quality and timeliness
