ALO is seeking an Operations Manager in-store to lead daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and labor planning. This role ensures a customer-ready store by aligning processes with the operating plan and driving efficiency across teams.

You will partner with the General Manager on budget and performance metrics, coach the Operations team, and uphold ALO’s standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the Manager to upscale process or system gaps.
• Champion strong Operational standards for the salesfloor using business performance data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to receive product deliveries.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager and manage budget, reporting and metrics.
