Pillar Srl in Italy is seeking a Frontend Developer to build the web experience behind our acquisition engine. You will work at the intersection of Frontend, Design, and Growth, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-first interfaces and optimizing conversion.

The role emphasizes building pages, components, and flows with a strong focus on performance, CRO, and data-driven iteration. Office in Milan with a competitive salary and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend tech and performance
• Mobile-first UI design and pixel-perfect implementation
• Ability to work from design mocks and translate to production
• Experience in CRO / conversion-focused projects
• Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics (CR, speed)

Responsibilities

• Build and ship pages, components and flows with focus on conversion and performance
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-first interfaces
• Own the UX of conversion paths: landing pages, forms, onboarding wizard, navigation
• Run A/B tests and iterate on layout and interaction with marketing
• Use session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel data to identify drop-offs and fix them
• Keep the site fast and accessible, SEO-friendly markup, reusable component library
