Job summary

Rothschild & Co Wealth Management Italy seeks a Business Support & Projects Manager in Milan to support Front Office activities, coordinate cross-functional projects and drive the adoption of Group initiatives locally. The role focuses on operational excellence, data reporting and tool governance.

You will act as data lead, translate needs into requirements, and maintain procedures in Italian and English, while aligning with Group standards and Italy-specific regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Support
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into operational solutions

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Front Office on operational matters involving cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and lead regular meetings with Front Office teams and communicate new processes.
• Draft and maintain procedures, operating instructions, user guides in Italian and English.
• Act as Data lead: build understanding of data and produce reports.
