Job summary

HI Partners is seeking a commercially oriented financial-services professional to develop and grow its private-client activities in Italy. You will build relationships with private clients across the Italian market and identify opportunities to expand the client base.

This role combines relationship management, business development and onboarding, with support from experienced internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience within financial services.
• Commercially oriented, advisory, relationship-management or client-development background.
• Experience dealing with private or affluent individuals.
• Proven ability to develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Fluent Italian and English; based in Italy or able to work in the Italian market.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective private clients across the Italian market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct introductory and follow-up meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand clients' financial circumstances, objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• Present relevant financial and investment solutions in line with client requirements.
• Support prospective clients throughout the relationship-development and onboarding process.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and prospects.
• Develop sustainable and long-term commercial relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams involved in client servicing, investments, operations, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial activity and client interactions.
