Job summary

Schroders is seeking a enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join the Sales team in Italy. You will support the sales function across client reporting, data management, and the preparation of marketing materials, gaining exposure to asset management and business development activities.

The successful candidate will work with the CRM team, collaborating with Institutional Sales, Marketing, Client Support and Compliance to deliver high-quality service to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or near completion of a university degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and has a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support production and distribution of regular client reporting, including translations from English to Italian.
• Maintain and update client and contact databases to ensure information is accurate.
• Assist with ad hoc reports and respond to specific business requests.
• Act as a point of contact for standard and bespoke requests directed to our London headquarters and other international offices.
• Support creation of sales and marketing materials, including presentations and branded content.
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives to support the broader sales effort.
