expert.ai S.P.A. in the Modena area is seeking an impactful Business Consultant to reinforce the Southern Europe pre-sales team on a permanent basis. You will work with the commercial team to qualify client pain points, shape tailored proposals, and demonstrate how our AI technology can drive measurable business value.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a hybrid work model with two days per week in the Modena office. Italian and English presentation skills are essential, with Spanish a plus.

Competenze

• Experience in a pre-sales / solution consulting role, ideally in AI, SaaS, data (structured or unstructured), or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs; experience with AI solutions on both on-premises and cloud platforms along with familiarity with IDP, OCR, and RPA technologies to support business process automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Pharma, or Manufacturing
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Italian and English (Spanish a plus)
• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset

We are looking for an impactful Business Consultant to reinforce the Southern Europe pre-sales team with a permanent contract.

In this role, you will work as a trusted business consultant alongside the commercial team, co-leading the engagement with enterprise and mid-market clients. You will play a key role in qualifying customer pain points, shaping tailored solution proposals, and demonstrating how our AI technology can directly support their business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine business acumen and technology expertise, influencing strategic deals and helping customers unlock measurable value through AI.

The preferred location is the Modena area. The role follows a hybrid working model, combining remote work with regular presence at our Modena office (approximately two days per week). Candidates should therefore be located within reasonable commuting distance of Modena and will collaborate with team members across different regions.

This is a customer-oriented role that involves working closely with clients, including travel to customer sites for up to 50% of your time.
