Givaudan in Lombardy, Turbigo, is seeking a temporary Customer Care professional to link customers, operations, and sales, ensuring orders are met cost‑effectively. You will be the Voice of the Customer and manage orders through shipment for assigned customers and affiliates.

Requirements include 2+ years in a customer-facing role, English fluency, and SAP experience. University degree preferred; SAP and Office skills are essential.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SAP and associated processes.

Mansioni

• Be the central link between customers, operations, and the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Build strong relationships, act as the Voice of the Customer within Givaudan, and manage the sales order process through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates.
• Implement the Customer Care strategy and follow global guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Care and take part in relevant projects.
• Support assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and elevate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with teammates to strengthen customer relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Communicate daily with customers, operations, and sales; resolve order requests or issues and manage customer complaints or inquiries.
