Ariston Group seeks a Front End Sub-Chapter Lead to mentor developers, drive architecture, and ensure engineering standards across the sub‑chapter. You will guide frontend choices, support project teams, and align with ICT to deliver scalable digital solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in IT, 3+ years of leading teams, and strong English. Hybrid work across Fabriano/Milan, with salary 52,000–77,000 € and a short‑term incentive program.

Competenze

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
• 6+ years of IT project experience in a multinational context.
• 3+ years leading and managing teams.
• Strong frontend expertise with modern UI stacks.
• Experience with AEM and familiarity with cloud architectures is a plus.
• Proficient in SCRUM/Agile project delivery and MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Act as the primary technical reference for the sub‑chapter domain.
• Mentor developers and guide architectural decisions and code quality.
