Job summary

Based at our Rome HQ, Fendi's Global Graphic & Digital team within Communications oversees fendi.com and related apps. The Front-End Developer will design, develop and optimize web interfaces and interactive touchpoints, working with UX/UI designers, eCommerce and external partners.

You will help ensure accessibility, run A/B tests, and push CRO initiatives while maintaining clean, scalable code in Vue.js and CMS platforms. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Front-End Development experience.
• Experience with Vue.js.
• Knowledge of CMS and eCommerce platforms; CoreMedia and Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus.
• Advanced CSS skills and clean, scalable code.
• Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and UX testing support.
• Familiar with UX principles and Figma.
• HTML/CSS for newsletter creation.
• Digital accessibility basics.
• Experience coordinating external vendors/agencies.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with Web and UX/UI Designers on landing pages and updates.
• Deliver seamless, high-quality customer journeys across the site.
• Support development of web/mobile UIs and interactive apps.
• Monitor site quality via testing, maintenance, bug tracking.
• Collaborate with Media & Analytics to execute CRO roadmap, with agencies when needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to eCommerce performance.
• Support A/B testing and UX optimization initiatives.
• Ensure accessibility requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
