We're not looking for the typical Front Desk Receptionist. And we're not looking for a traditional salesperson either.

We're looking for the rare person who can do both exceptionally well.

At PiazzaDiSpagna9, Front Desk means much more than check-in, check-out and answering emails.

We want someone who can welcome an international guest, understand what they need, solve problems quickly, build a relationship and recognize the right moment to sell an upgrade, a private tour, a transfer or an unforgettable experience!

Someone commercial, charismatic, fast, confident and naturally persuasive.

If we said “Sell me this pen,” we’d want to see what you do next.

We’re looking for someone who:

• speaks excellent English or is native/bilingual
• has a natural talent for sales and negotiation
• feels completely comfortable with high‑end international guests
• knows how to sell without ever sounding pushy
• is energetic, ambitious, strongly results‑driven, passionate about hospitality!
• Obsessed with attention to detail
• wants to build a real career in luxury hospitality

Hospitality or luxury experience is preferred, but sales talent and personality come first.
