Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will welcome guests, check them in, and provide knowledge about hotel amenities and the local area.

Deliver exceptional service, resolve issues promptly, and promote hotel programs. The role requires strong communication, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OnQ experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.

Mansioni

• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received and requests noted.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to WOW guests.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Coordinate with staff and follow procedures for postings and refunds.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and local area.
