Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager for Naples Bay Resort & Marina in Naples, Florida. You will oversee the daily operation of the outlet, ensure service excellence, and lead a diverse team in a high-volume environment.

The role focuses on staffing, training, cost control, revenue growth, food safety, and brand standards, with collaboration across Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Events teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club operations.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations of the assigned food and beverage outlet and staff.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest concerns.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop F&B associates and conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with brand standards.
• Provide ongoing training and service knowledge to the team.

Formazione
