Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Senior Catering Sales Manager for Naples Bay Resort & Marina in Naples, FL. The role focuses on selling weddings, social events, corporate meetings, and catered functions, managing client relationships from inquiry to execution.

You will work to maximize revenue across Food & Beverage, catering, meeting space, and related services while coordinating with internal teams to ensure flawless events and exceptional guest experiences.

• Proactively sell weddings, social events, corporate meetings, holiday parties, and other catered functions to achieve revenue goals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from the resort website, third-party sources, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

• Coordinate and execute weddings, social events, corporate meetings, group functions, and other events with attention to detail.
• Prepare catering contracts, proposals, estimates of charges, BEOs, and event timelines.
