Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Security Officer for Naples Bay Resort & Marina, a premier waterfront property in Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will ensure guest and employee safety, respond to emergencies, and support security programs across the resort.

We value teamwork, a customer‑focused approach, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with equal opportunity employment across our portfolio.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality/purchasing is preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of security or police (military or civilian) experience, preferably in hotel environments.
• Two years of college in a safety, security or hospitality discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred (instructor rating preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
