WeWork Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Community Associate to be the face of the building, greeting members and supporting the Community Management team. You will report to the building and cover front desk hours, learn members' names, anticipate needs, and manage mail and access tasks.

The role spans events, engagement, and daily operations to foster a vibrant entrepreneurial community. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for WeWork's

Competenze

• College graduate preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Build a welcoming community environment through events and member relationships.
• Ensure building is fully operational and processes run smoothly.
• Drive growth and promotion of WeWork services.
• Assist Community Lead and Manager to support the team.
• Support both Enterprise and Classic locations with appropriate duties.
• Front desk management: greet members, sign-ins, and guest inquiries.
