Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based customer support hub. You will assist French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries while maintaining detailed CRM logs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Relocation support and a fully paid training program are provided. A valid EU passport is mandatory, and relocation to Sofia is required to start.
