Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity customer support or technical helpdesk.
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) with professional English.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients regarding cybersecurity software and security protocols.
- Provide technical support to ensure data integrity and protection suites effectiveness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot vulnerabilities in real-time, escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
- Educate users on security best practices to prevent breaches.
- Maintain case documentation in security management ticketing systems.
- Stay updated on threats and trends to provide proactive consultations.
- Collaborate with international security engineers to refine workflows.
