Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Dyson, providing premium support within the consumer electronics sector.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat about high-end home appliances and technology.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for customers to ensure a seamless Dyson experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on Dyson’s product developments.
• Strive to meet personal and team KPIs and quality standards.
