Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Franchise Manager (Italy) to lead development across Italy, focusing on franchise and asset-light growth. You will identify, source and advance hotel opportunities, working with owners, investors and internal teams to evaluate projects and support deal execution.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel development or investment, a finance/economics/business degree, and fluency in English and Italian.
Competenze
- 5+ years in hotel Development, Investment or consultancy in Hospitality.
- Direct experience with hotel owners, investors or franchise partners.
- Strong understanding of franchising models.
- Fluency in English and Italian; other languages a plus.
Mansioni
- Develop & source hotel opportunities across Italy (conversions, rebrands, new developments).
- Lead negotiations & structuring of franchise opportunities; review feasibility, returns and value creation.
- Coordinate pre-contract & pre-opening phases; ensure brand fit and compliance.
- Act as primary contact for owners through development, negotiation and pre-opening stages; guide brand selection and conversion strategy.
