Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Italy seeks an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to own the IT infrastructure for new builds, refurbishments and openings in Italy. You design, budget and supervise IT systems from fibre entry to guest networks, coordinating external planners and contractors.

This role requires 5+ years in electrical/IT infra planning in construction, fluent Italian and strong English, and the ability to manage CAPEX with budget control.

Competenze

• Completed technical education in electrical engineering or IT.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in planning or project management of electrical and low‑voltage systems or IT infrastructure in construction projects.
• Knowledge of structured cabling (copper, fibre) and network design, Wi‑Fi, telephony and TV systems.
• Experience budgeting and controlling CAPEX, tenders, and change management.
• Ability to read electrical/architectural drawings (AutoCAD) and translate to site needs.
• Hospitality industry experience or similar complex building tech environment.
• Independent, structured work style; hands‑on with contractors; strong communication.

Mansioni

• Planning and budgeting IT infrastructure in hotel construction projects (new builds, refurbishments, extensions).
• Define IT infrastructure requirements (MDF/IDF, power, cabling, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, access control, BMS interfaces).
• Review electrical/low‑voltage designs for design gaps and risk before construction.
