Job summary

JO&JOE Rome is hiring for frontline roles in F&B and guest services. You will welcome guests, take orders, upsell, and provide table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a vibrant, cosmopolitan hostel-hotel setting.

You will support the bar with coffee and simple drinks, help set up private events, share knowledge about our menu, and keep dining and common areas clean and organized. Fluent Italian is expected; English is a plus; weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent Italian; basic English skills for guest interactions.
• Willingness to learn and represent JO&JOE brand.

Responsibilities

• Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for meals.
• Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service and basic drinks.
• Event Management: Setting up and serving during private events and live music nights.
• Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services with guests.
• Operations: Ensuring cleanliness and aesthetics of dining and common areas; closing and reporting with CRM.
