Job summary

JO&JOE in Rome, part of AccorHotels, is seeking hospitality professionals to join our open houses team. roles include welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering table service across meals, with opportunities to engage in bar support, event setup, and guest relations in a vibrant, cosmopolitan hostel-hotel setting.

We value 1–2 years of relevant experience, Italian as mother tongue and fluent English, plus a flexible attitude for shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Bar support: assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.
• Event management: setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.
• Guest relations: sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
• Operations: ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.
