Job summary

Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella in Florence is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Via Tornabuoni store. You will support the Store Manager in leading the luxury beauty team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional client experiences on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a comparable position.
• 5+ years as an assistant store manager in luxury/beauty/fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple duties.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
• Experience with the client journey and selling ceremony.
• Fluency in English mandatory; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities
