Agoda in Rome seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead end-to-end data analysis for Flights marketing and growth initiatives. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

With 8+ years in data analytics, you will mentor analysts, design experiments, and drive data-driven decisions across channels. Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and Excel is required to succeed.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Data Analyst roles or equivalent big-data projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or Finance.
• Data-driven approach with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficient with BI tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong written/verbal communication with stakeholders including Senior Management.
• People management experience including hiring and coaching.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and proactive attitude.
• Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.

• Define and implement data analysis strategies for Flights marketing growth.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large datasets to produce actionable insights.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and run structured analyses to assess campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Flights teams to drive growth.
• Lead and mentor analysts; participate in hiring and onboarding.
