Agoda in Milano is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the Performance Marketing Team. You will analyze large datasets, translate data into actionable insights, and help drive growth for Flights across channels.

The role requires 5–7 years in data analysis, strong SQL and Tableau skills, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and inform strategy.

Competenze

5–7 years of data analyst experience or comparable big data projects.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and create impactful recommendations using BI tools.
Creative problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating a complex organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder management with proven commercial acumen.

Mansioni

Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
Develop, execute, and optimize growth across Agoda’s Flights channels.
End-to-end analysis of large datasets on channel performance, user behavior, and market trends.
Design experiments (A/B) and analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive growth.
Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply teams to identify opportunities.
Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
