Agoda is seeking a data analyst to join the Performance Marketing Team. You’ll conduct end-to-end analysis of large datasets, translate data into actionable insights, and support channel growth across Flights and other marketing initiatives.

Strong SQL, Tableau, Excel skills, and a data-driven mindset are required, with 5–7 years of experience in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing. You'll collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and analytics peers to inform strategy and

Competenze

• 5–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in big data projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient with SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management experience.
