ALSTOM Gruppe seeks a Fleet Support Centre Engineer in Napoli to design maintenance diagnostics for the assigned project and optimize corrective maintenance by developing standard internal procedures for troubleshooting.

You will review equipment failures and downtime, identify root causes, and contribute to train health monitoring by defining diagnostic rules. The role includes remote support for critical troubleshooting within the Service Engineering Organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in electronics or electro-technical engineering.
• Experience with TCMS development or validation or commissioning.
• Experience in railway industries or large industrial plants (Power, naval, etc.).
• Analytical and proactive with a data-driven approach.

Job Title

Fleet Support Centre Engineer

Purpose of the Job

• To design maintenance diagnostics for the assigned project
• Tooptimize corrective maintenance operation by development of standard internal procedure for troubleshooting.
• Review all equipment failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring maintenance problems. As appropriate he will utilize continuous improvement tools to identify root cause and work to implement a solution helping the RG team.
• Take advantage of the fault three and hazard analysys to identifie equipment or subsystem where CBM approach will ensure major returns.
• Totake part in the train health monitoringprocess by defining rules for the diagnosis.
• To provide remote supportfor critical trouble shooting activities.

Educational Requirements

• Graduated in electronics or electro-technical engineering

• Experience at system level in Railway industries or big industrial plant (Power, naval etc.)
