Volkswagen Financial Services Italy seeks a Fleet Strategy and Operations partner to align fleet initiatives with corporate goals and drive collaboration among internal teams and external partners.

Key duties include developing actionable fleet plans, supporting budgeting and forecasting, preparing scenario analyses, and coordinating strategic projects to improve fleet performance and partner satisfaction.

• Experience in fleet operations or strategic planning.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide support in development of short-, mid-, and long-term fleet strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to implementation of fleet strategies with stakeholders.
• Support sales and financial planning activities, including forecasting and budgeting for fleet operations.
• Prepare scenario analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate and execute strategic projects to enhance fleet performance and customer/partner satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication and joint planning with business partners.
