Hotel Domani in Milan seeks a polished hospitality professional to deliver impeccable food and beverage service. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage station readiness and support the dining experience with precise communication and teamwork.

Required are English and Italian proficiency, prior related experience, and the ability to stay composed under pressure in a luxury setting. Training sessions and collaboration with colleagues across departments are expected.

Competenze

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
• Previous experience in similar or related positions.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure.

Mansioni

• Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service.
• Maintain and update departmental filing systems as required.
• Communicate relevant guest satisfaction matters to enable corrective actions.
• Serve food and beverages according to guest needs and expectations.
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset according to reservation plans.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with all team members.
• Respond promptly to guests and superiors' requests.
• Keep the station stocked and tidy at all times.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and prepared for any emergency.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external guests and partners.
