Hotel Domani in Milan seeks a polished hospitality professional to deliver impeccable food and beverage service. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage station readiness and support the dining experience with precise communication and teamwork.

Required are English and Italian proficiency, prior related experience, and the ability to stay composed under pressure in a luxury setting. Training sessions and collaboration with colleagues across departments are expected.

5. Be certain that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing

7. Serve food and beverage according to guest's needs & expectations
8. Make sure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
9. Have clear and accurate communication with all team members
10. Respond promptly to guests and superiors' requests
11. Make sure that the station is stocked and tidy at all times
12. Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur
13. Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests and relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations
