Loro Piana is seeking a Finance Transformation & Governance Analyst to support governance, compliance and process transformation within the Finance function. The role involves practical, hands-on work on improving accounting processes, controls, and reporting using SAP, HFM, Power BI and Excel.

The candidate will contribute to AI initiatives for finance, prepare documentation, and collaborate across Accounting, Controlling, Tax and IT in an international environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, audit, controlling, process improvement or digital transformation projects.
• Interest in finance processes, corporate governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and formalize procedures, workflows and operational documentation.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and/or structured ERP; knowledge of HFM is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI for reporting is desirable.
• Interest in AI applied to finance use cases, data analysis and reporting.

Mansioni

• Support definition, update and monitoring of finance processes, ensuring alignment with governance and Group policies.
• Contribute to finance compliance activities and proper formalization of documentation.
• Provide operational support for Finance Transformation projects by analyzing processes, identifying improvements and preparing documentation.
• Participate in AI initiatives to automate recurring activities, data analysis, reporting and decision support.
• Use SAP and HFM for data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting support.
• Develop and update reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, IT and business functions to share information.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for internal meetings and status updates.
• Support adoption of digital tools to increase efficiency and standardization.
