Loro Piana is seeking a Finance Transformation & Governance Analyst to support governance, compliance and process transformation within the Finance function. The role involves practical, hands-on work on improving accounting processes, controls, and reporting using SAP, HFM, Power BI and Excel.

The candidate will contribute to AI initiatives for finance, prepare documentation, and collaborate across Accounting, Controlling, Tax and IT in an international environment.

Competenze

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, audit, controlling, process improvement or digital transformation projects.
  • Interest in finance processes, corporate governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and formalize procedures, workflows and operational documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and/or structured ERP; knowledge of HFM is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI for reporting is desirable.
  • Interest in AI applied to finance use cases, data analysis and reporting.

Finance Transformation & Governance Analyst

We are looking for a professional to join the Finance Transformation & Governance team.

The candidate will support the oversight of finance governance and compliance processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting, reporting and control processes through a practical, results-oriented and strongly hands‑on approach. The role will also be involved in digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for Finance, working with systems and tools such as SAP, HFM, Power BI and Excel.

Job responsibilities

The candidate will work within the Finance function, with a focus on governance, compliance and process transformation, and will be responsible for activities including, but not limited to, the following:

  • supporting the definition, update and monitoring of finance processes, procedures and guidelines, ensuring alignment with corporate governance principles and Group policies;
  • contributing to finance compliance activities, including verifying the application of internal procedures and key controls, as well as the proper formalization of supporting documentation;
  • providing operational support for Finance Transformation projects by analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing summaries, workflows and project documentation;
  • participating in initiatives to implement artificial intelligence solutions for Finance, particularly to automate recurring activities, data analysis, reporting and decision support;
  • using SAP and HFM for analysis, data extraction, reconciliation, monitoring of information flows and support for reporting processes;
  • developing and updating reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and Excel, ensuring the quality, traceability and readability of finance information;
  • collaborating with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, IT and the business functions involved in finance processes, facilitating coordination and information sharing;
  • supporting the preparation of presentations, analyses and documentation for internal meetings, project status updates and management monitoring activities;
  • contributing to the adoption of digital tools and working methods aimed at increasing efficiency, standardization and the continuous improvement of finance processes.
Profile
  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, audit, controlling, process improvement or digital transformation projects.
  • Interest in finance processes, corporate governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Good ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and formalize procedures, workflows and operational documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and/or structured ERP systems; knowledge of HFM is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI for creating reports, dashboards and data analyses is desirable.
  • Strong Interest in and familiarity with artificial intelligence applied to use cases, agent creation automation, data analysis and reporting
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • A practical, hands‑on and solution‑oriented approach, with a willingness to engage with the details of activities and systems.
  • Accuracy, reliability, confidentiality and attention to data and documentation quality.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, flexibility and a desire to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, including with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Additional information

The initial annual gross salary for this position is EUR 30.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Loro Piana’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento e Moda) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy.
