Loro Piana, a heritage luxury group, seeks an SAP Finance Manager to drive the S/4HANA transformation across the finance organization. You will design and deliver end-to-end SAP finance solutions, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring value across the transformation program.

You will oversee configuration, testing, training, and go-live support while maintaining ongoing maintenance services and roadmap delivery for SAP finance integration with SD, MM and product cost controls.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of work experience with SAP Finance modules, S/4HANA preferred.
• Participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations.

As SAP Finance Manager, within the Loro Piana IT Corporate Solutions’ Organization, you will be the key player in major SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for our Finance Organization.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will support them to connect the dots between the digital world and their core finance processes, (re)designing and optimizing the finance business processes in SAP to eventually implement the solution.

Leveraging both your comprehensive SAP-related experience, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the end-to-end design from initial requirements gathering to deployment, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support.

You will be responsible for ordinary and evolutionary maintenance services, leading application maintenance services as well as projects’ teams, shaping SAP finance roadmap.

This will require a thorough understanding of business processes, the latest developments and benefits the S/4HANA digital core brings to Users as well as being up to date on other new solutions in the SAP Finance Transformation domain.

Designing a fit-for-purpose future SAP Finance landscape as well as supporting on the transformation journey to get to the desired state will be your tasks. Next to business-oriented skills, strong delivery skills are essential to enabling IT corporate to put the plan into action together with IT peers and colleagues.

Profile

• 8-10 years of work experience and specific experience working with SAP Finance modules – S/4HANA experience preferred
• Participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations required.
• Experience with implementing and advanced knowledge of SAP Finance and including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
• Experience of all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP system.
• Experience with implementing SAP Finance and integrations to SD, MM and in general projects to support product cost controlling and margin analysis
• Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions
• Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to changes and new priorities.
• Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.

Additional information

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 60.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Loro Piana’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement CCNL Tessile & Abbigliamento Moda and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy.
