Job summary

Nebuly is seeking a finance professional in Turin to own financial reporting and revenue operations. You will consolidate financials across two entities, manage the ARR bridge, and prepare investor reports, while also owning HubSpot data hygiene and revenue reporting for the GTM team.

You will partner with the founder/CFO on numbers that go to the board and investors, with real ownership from day one. This role blends rigorous reporting with business-wide process design in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, advisory, or accounting in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; ability to interpret numbers beyond formatting.
• Excellent Excel skills with ability to build models and reports from scratch.
• Fluent in Italian and English; comfortable working across two legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate monthly management accounts prepared by external accountants.
• Consolidate financials across two entities (Italian SRL and US Inc).
• Build and maintain the monthly ARR bridge.
• Prepare the monthly investor report.
• Support the annual report process and statutory audit from FY2026 onward.
• Run budget vs. actual analysis and support annual budgeting and financial planning.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Own the relationship with external accountants.
