Awin is seeking a Team Leader / Product Owner for Financial Analytics. You will own the financial reporting and forecasting suite across sales, revenue, lifecycle, opex, and KPIs, delivered with BI and EPM tools.

You will lead a small analytics squad, drive roadmap execution, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights. This role demands a data-driven storyteller with finance acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to evolve analytics with AI/ML

Competenze

• 5+ years in financial or business analytics with product ownership or squad leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Analytics.
• CIMA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent (preferred).
• Expertise with SQL and Tableau is essential; experience with an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; additional European language is advantageous but not essential.
• Analytical, proactive, able to tell a data-driven story and communicate with both engineers and management.

Mansioni

• Own Awin’s financial reporting and forecasting suite (sales, revenue, lifecycle, opex, personnel, KPIs) using BI and EPM tools.
• Support vision, strategy, roadmap planning and tool integration (AI/ML) for analytics.
• Translate roadmap into phases with defined deliverables and owners.
• Define business logic and semantic layers for financial analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and solve business problems.
• Coach two direct reports and one dotted-line Data Engineer while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ingest and model data.
• Manage squad backlog and prioritize user stories for sprint planning.
