Awin seeks a Finance Analytics Team Leader for FP&A to lead financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI development. You will own the analytics roadmap, define semantic layers, and partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decisions while guiding a small analytics squad.

The role requires strong finance background, SQL/Tableau expertise, and proven leadership. Hybrid work, international scope, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Competenze

• 5+ years in financial or business analytics with product ownership and leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools; knowledge of EPM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own financial reporting and forecasting suite for sales, revenue, opex and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate roadmap into deliverables and timelines.
• Define business logic and semantic layers for financial analytics.
• Lead sprint planning, backlogs, and team performance with direct reports.
• Coach team members and collaborate with Data Engineering to model data.
