Satispay is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Growth & Marketing analytics team to lead data and analytics on Finance initiatives. You will develop analytical models, dashboards and self-service assets that support financial planning, reporting and operational steering.

You’ll partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Product to translate financial data into executive-level recommendations and build high-impact visualization tools.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data-related roles spanning data analytics, engineering or BI with FP&A exposure is ideal.
• Hands-on experience modelling financial data (P&L, cash flow) and plan-vs-actual monitoring.
• Strong SQL, Python and data tooling proficiency; familiarity with ERP data schemas is valued.
• Experience synthesizing complex data into executive-ready metrics and narratives.

• Lead Financial Analytics and Reporting capabilities, including P&L and cash flow analytics.
• Own Investor Relations analytics and translate performance into data-driven narratives.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Product to drive data-informed decisions.
