Satispay is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Growth & Marketing Analytics team, taking the data and analytics lead on Finance initiatives. You will build analytical models and self-service data assets that enable budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

You will partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product to design dashboards, KPI frameworks, and financial insights that drive growth and efficiency across the business.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data roles including Analytics/BI/Engineering
• 3+ years in high-volume data environments, preferably with Finance/FP&A
• Experience with ERP data schemas (SAP) is valued

Mansioni

• Build P&L and cash flow analytics and KPI dashboards
• Lead Investor Relations Analytics for VC partnerships
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product
• Develop dashboards and self-service reports for senior leaders
• Develop monetisation, unit economics analyses
• Design AI-assisted workflows for budgeting and re-forecasting
• Contribute to data mesh and financial data models
