ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH in Bologna is seeking a Finance & Administration Lead to act as the local finance expert and trusted business partner to the Italian unit. You will ensure strong financial control, accurate reporting, and streamlined processes while collaborating with the General Manager, Group Finance, Sales, and Operations to support growth.

The role covers day-to-day finance activities, financial reporting, invoicing, collections, and working capital management, with a focus

Competenze

• 3–5 years in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration, preferably international/mfg environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, AR/AP, treasury and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics/Navision) and advanced Excel.
• Analytical, detailed, highly organized with multi-priority management.
• Fluent Italian; good English and communications skills.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day finance activities: AR, AP, treasury, cash flow, banking and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports, management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, collections, supplier payments and working capital management.
• Assist inventory valuation, intercompany reconciliations, compliance and financial controls.
