World Food Programme (WFP) in Brindisi seeks a Business Support Assistant (G4 - Finance) to support the UNHRD Brindisi hub. The role focuses on accounts payable, cash handling, master data, and internal controls, contributing to timely financial processing and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary education with a finance-related certificate, at least four years' experience in finance, and proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.

Competenze

• Education: Secondary school; post-secondary certificate desirable.
• Experience: 4+ years in finance, accounting, budget or treasury.
• Knowledge: SAP or ERP systems familiarity.
• Language: Fluency in English (Level C).

Mansioni

• Accounts Payable Support – process vendor invoices and payments.
• Financial Processing & Reconciliation – assist with SAP entries and reconcilations.
• Cashier & Administrative Support – manage petty cash and general admin tasks.
• Data integrity and internal controls support for monthly close.
• Support audit activities and compliance with internal policies.
