Schneider Electric cerca un Field Technical Specialist per assicurare l’esecuzione tecnica di progetti e l’implementazione professionale delle soluzioni. Sarai punto di contatto tecnico sul campo, coordinando attività e garantendo conformità a standard e sicurezza.

Ruolo con viaggio frequente e stretta collaborazione con clienti, team di progetto e fornitori. Opportunità di crescere in un contesto internazionale con Contratto a tempo indeterminato e auto aziendale.

Competenze

  • Diploma tecnico con esperienza rilevante in sistemi elettrici e installazioni industriali.
  • Laurea in ingegneria elettrica, energetica o automazione o campo affine.
  • Esperienza gestione attività onsite, commissioning e field engineering.
  • Conoscenza di documentazione tecnica e normative di settore.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare frequente e buone doti comunicative.

Mansioni

  • Supportare il processo di tender e valutazioni tecniche, inclusi survey sul sito.
  • Sviluppare e rivedere soluzioni tecniche, specifiche e documentazione di progetto.
  • Supervisionare installazione, commissioning, test e start-up sui siti clienti.
  • Gestire attività onsite coordinando clienti, appaltatori, fornitori e team di progetto.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico durante commissioning e risoluzione di problemi.
  • Monitorare l’esecuzione del progetto in campo rispetto adSchedule, qualità e sicurezza.
  • Interfaccia tecnica primaria con i clienti durante l’esecuzione in sito.
  • Collaborare con i project manager per allineare attività onsite agli obiettivi.
  • Segnalare avanzamenti, rischi e azioni di mitigazione; supportare comunicazione di progetto.
  • Monitorare costi di cantiere e supportare controllo budget.
  • Viaggiare frequentemente tra sedi nazionali per supportare l’implementazione.

Mission

Ensure the successful technical execution of projects and the professional implementation of solutions. The Field technical specialist acts as the primary technical point of contact on-site, coordinating all field activities and ensuring that project objectives, customer requirements, technical standards, and safety regulations are achieved. This role requires a strong field presence, frequent travel, and close collaboration with customers, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What will you do?
  • Support the tendering and proposal preparation process, including technical assessments and site surveys.
  • Develop and review technical solutions, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up activities at customer sites.
  • Manage on-site activities by working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
  • Provide hands‑on technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Monitor project execution in the field, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, safety, and performance targets.
  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers during site execution, translating customer needs into practical actions and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment between on-site activities and overall project objectives.
  • Report project progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and support effective project communication.
  • Monitor site‑related costs and support budget control activities throughout project execution.
  • Travel frequently across national locations to support project implementation and customer operations.
Qualifications
  • Technical High School Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent) combined with relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in electrical systems, power distribution, industrial installations, or related engineering environments
  • Experience managing on‑site activities, commissioning, start-up, or field engineering projects
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, engineering documentation, and industry standards
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic site environment
  • Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus
  • Availability and willingness to travel frequently
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, autonomy, and results‑oriented mindset
